Lissie's Creations grew from a mother teaching her daughter balloons at age ten, then blossomed after owner Lissette Hernandez retired from her dedicated career in nursing. Today, our female-owned studio welcomes you like family, with honest guidance, bilingual support, and heartfelt care for every milestone.
